How to build a simple self-care routine

A routine works when it's simple and built into your ordinary day. You don't need to start with ten jars — a clear base is enough.
Step 1. One anchor
Tie the intake to an existing habit — breakfast, for example. It's easier not to forget.
Step 2. Minimal set
Start with a base complex and, if needed, add a source of beneficial fats. Less — but regularly.
Step 3. Notice how you feel
